Student Organizations

Student Organization events are defined as an event planned by the organization for their organization or the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ Community. The Student Organization is responsible for planning, executing, and paying for the event. In order to make reservations at the MSC, your organization must be registered through the Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement (CLCE). If you have questions about registering a Student Organization, please contact CLCE.

The Marshall Student Center (MSC) will be closed from December 21st through January 5th. During this time, we will not be processing reservations.

Please note that all social event requests submitted after Thursday, December 19th at 12 PM, for an event date earlier than January 22nd, will not be approved. Social events require an Event Review to be completed at least two weeks before the event. Due to this closure, there will not be sufficient time to complete this before your requested date
