The University of South Florida's College of The Arts has numerous venues available for private rental, well-equipped for concerts, performances, conferences, presentations and events. If you are interested in renting one of our spaces, contact Anthony Vito at avito@usf.edu for more information.

Rental Spaces

Theatre 1 (TAT)

Theatre 1 is the larger of the two main performance spaces for the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ School of Theatre & Dance. This space seats 552 guests and regularly hosts plays, dance performances and guest artist lectures.

Concert Hall (MUS 177)

The Music Concert Hall at the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ School of Music is one of the most acoustically advanced concert spaces in the southeast of the United States. With seating for 483 guests and a large stage, this venue hosts concerts by distinguished artists, faculty and students.

Barness Music Recital Hall (MUS 107)

The Lewis and Enid Barness Recital Hall at the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ School of Music is a concert space that hosts concerts by distinguished artists, faculty and students. With seating for 105 guests, this auditorium is acoustically designed for an intimate concert experience.

Dance Studios (FAD)

The Dance Studios at the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ School of Theatre & Dance are large, open rooms, equipped with mirrored walls and dance barres. Designed for movement and physical activity, these studios are suited for dance rehearsals, fitness classes and demonstrations with guest artists.

Theatre Centre Class Room (TAR 120)

The TAR 120 is one of two small, black-box performance spaces in the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ School of Theatre & Dance. Located in the Theatre Arts Rehearsal building, this space has seating for up to 50 guests, which makes it ideal for small concerts, performances and classes.

Theatre Centre Rehearsal Room (TAR 130)

The TAR 130 is the second of two small, black-box performance spaces in the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ School of Theatre & Dance. Also located in the Theatre Arts Rehearsal building, this space seats up to 50 guests, which also makes it ideal for small concerts, performances and classes.

Conference Center (MUS 172-173)

The Conference Center at the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ School of Music is a reconfigurable space with the flexibility to divide the space into two rooms, and extend events out into the lobby area. In its largest configuration, the venue seats up to 190 guests and has different table configuration styles, making the space well-suited for conferences, classes, large meetings and banquets.
