Faro 8 axis

The FARO Design ScanArm 8 axis is brand new in 2019. It has state of the art new FAROblu technology, which captures up to 600,000 points per second in full color. The scanner has an innovative integrated turntable to facilitate scanning complicated geometry. It is ideal for scanning small and medium-sized objects.

Faro Edge ScanArm

The Faro Edge ScanArm uses green laser technology with an automatic range finder to capture over 45,000 points per second. While it does not scan in color, it captures highly accurate geometric measurements, and uses reflection filters to reduce noise. It is ideal for scanning small to medium-sized objecs.

Sample

The Artec Eva is a versatile structured light scanner that uses LED lights to capture up to two million points per second with up to 0.1mm resolution and accuracy up to 0.05mm. It aligns frames automatically in real time, eliminating the need for targets. It captures rich, full color data and iswell-suited for small to medium-sized objects.

Artec Space Spider

The Artec Space Spider, which was originally designed for use at the International Space Station, is a portable structured light scanner that uses LED lights to capture up to one million points per second with accuracy up to 0.05mm. It is perfect for scanning very small to small objects in rich, high resolution color.

Faro Focus x330

The Faro Focus x330 is a Class 1 "eye-safe" laser scanner that captures up to 976,000 points per second with a range of up to 330m. It is used to scan complex objects and buildings with a high degree of accuracy and full color.

Faro Focus s150

The Faro Focus s150, is a Class 1 “eye-safe” laser scanner with a sealed design that can be used in wet weather conditions. It has a built-in 8 megapixel HDR camera, and captures detailed full color data in complex architectural environments and landscapes.

Metis Gamma EDS

The Metis Gamma EDS is an innovative professional A1 desktop planetary scanner with integrated METIS LED lighting. It is designed to for libraries, archives, and museums and uses a 45 megapixel Nikon D850 camera to capture images up to 800 PPI.

Canon EOS 5DS camera

The lab’s four Canon EOS 5DS 50 megapixel cameras are extremely high-resolution and high-performance cameras with a full-frame CMOS sensor. These cameras are used in conjunction with lightboxes and light tents for digital photogrammetry applications.

ActivTable

The Promethean ActivTable is a horizontal LCD panel display with an Intel i5 processor that runs Windows 8. It is used for visualizing 3D models and as in instructional tool at the lab.

ActivPanel

The Promethean ActivPanel is a large 84 inch interactive touch display that facilitates immersive, collaborative learning and visualization with its intuitive tablet-like technology.
