TRIOTA (IOTA IOTA IOTA)

An academic honor society that encourages scholarship and excellence in women’s studies.

Planned Parenthood Generation Action Network is a network of young organizers and activists across the country who organize events on their campuses and in their communities to mobilize advocates for reproductive freedom; in addition to raising public awareness about reproductive health and rights, educating young people about sexual health, and creating lasting change in those communities.

The Feminist Student Alliance is organization dedicated to the fight for women's lives, freedom, and protection. We are on campus AND in the community spotlighting issues that affect women daily.

The National Organization for Women is dedicated to its multi-issue and multi-strategy approach to women's rights and is the largest organization of feminist activists in the United States. This campus action network will be geared towards issues that affect college student, the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ community and the Tampa area as well as helping out the community and providing campus with the opportunities to learn about feminism.

P.R.I.D.E. stands for People Respecting Individual Diversity and Equality. We are a LGBTQIA+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Asexual, Allied and Plus) based organization here at Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬. Started in 1974, we are the oldest continuously funded gay student organization in the state of Florida. We are here to help build up the LGBTQAA+ community at the University of South Florida and surrounding Tampa area. P.R.I.D.E Alliance is also an official member of the University of South Florida's Multicultural Community through the Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Trans+ Student Union is an organization at Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ Tampa that provides a safe haven for all transgender and gender non-conforming people by hosting monthly support group meetings, educational presentations, and social events. Allies are welcome.

The Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Graduate Student Organization exists to support and enhance the educational and professional development of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies graduate students at Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬. By combining community involvement and academic activism, we aim to create change and new understanding of women, gender, and sexuality.

The Graduate and Professional Student Council (GPSC) fosters interaction between graduate and professional students through community service, social and academic events. GPSC provides a voice for graduate and professional students through representation on university committees and advocating student interests to the administration.

Graduate Assistants United United Faculty of Florida (UFF) is the organization for higher education faculty and professionals in Florida. The UFF-Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬-GAU is the recognized bargaining agent for graduate assistants (both teaching and research assistants) at the University of South Florida, and it is run by graduate assistant volunteers.
