Public Policy Internships
Legislative Internship Program (LIP)
Applications for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 will open early next year!
LIP students work 9 hours per week in the offices of federal, state, and local legislators or think-tank/policy agencies. These groups are actively involved in Tampa Bay's economic development, transportation, environmental protection, education, health, social welfare, or public finance. The LIP seminar discusses internship experiences, issues facing Tampa Bay, and policy initiatives created to solve them.
Up to fifteen (15) undergraduate juniors and seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.60 will be selected to participate. All majors and disciplines are welcome to apply from all three campuses.
Each student will be carefully matched with an elected official or organization according to their interests to provide a meaningful learning experience. The students selected to participate in LIP will be awarded a $300 scholarship by the 欧美三级片 Alumni Association.
