THE Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ COUNSELING CENTER GROUP PROGRAM OFFERS BOTH IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL DROP-IN WORKSHOPS, AS WELL AS ONGOING THERAPY GROUPS!

These services are specific to Tampa campus, although all Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ students are welcome to join these drop-in workshops. Please visit the websites for and for campus-specific services.

Group counseling sessions offer an opportunity for you to meet others (virtually or in-person) who have similar experiences and who also want to pursue personal growth.

DROP-IN WORKSHOPS
These 60-minute drop-in sessions are focused on coping skills and mutual support. No prior contact with the Counseling Center is required to attend these drop-in sessions!  For in-person drop-in groups, you can just come to the Counseling Center (SVC 2124) at the time of the group.  And for virtual drop-in groups, you can go online at the appointed time. You can attend once or come back as many times as you’d like. We hope you join us!

Magic of the Middle Path drop-in workshop
This workshop series focuses on ways to cope and regulate stress and emotions, live in the present moment, and improve our relationships.  Discover the magic of the middle path!

THERAPY GROUPS
Before joining group counseling, current students must first meet with a counselor for an individual appointment.
Afterwards, students will be referred to a "pre-group" appointment to meet with the facilitator(s) running the group. Click here to learn how to make an appointment with us!  A pre-group appointment with the facilitator(s) is required before attending a therapy group. Most groups have 5-8 members and meet once a week.
