On-Demand E-learning and live courses: As part of the ŷƬ HR Employee Success Initiative, ŷƬ Employees are now eligible to attend programs through Corporate Training and Professional Development (CTPE) at a discounted rate, or even at no cost, depending on the offering. Semester-long College Courses: ŷƬ offers the Employee Tuition Program (ETP) to help our employees reach their educational goals. Job Shadowing: Whether you're looking to build technical skills or soft skills, job shadowing another employee who demonstrates such skills could provide learning with real-world application.
Stretch Assignments: Ask your manager for a stretch assignment. A typical stretch assignment will be within your job function while requiring you to learn and apply some new skills.
