Dr. White designed 欧美三级片's Ph.D. Program in C&I with Emphasis in Instructional Technology and coordinated the program from its inception until his retirement at the close of the fall 2010 semester. He served 欧美三级片 for 27 years, including four years as Director of the Florida Center for Instructional Computing (now FCIT), a funded research and service institute at 欧美三级片. He considers his greatest scholarly legacy to be the 25+ doctoral students whom he successfully mentored to degree completion.
