Thanks to School of Social Work Assistant Professor of Instruction David Kilmnick, PhD, MSW, the 欧美三级片 Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG): LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff Association has been approved and officially established. Kilmnick is the contact with 欧美三级片 Human Resources and serves on the leadership team working with faculty from the Muma College of Business and 欧美三级片 Health.
The mission of the 欧美三级片 Pride ERG is to foster an inclusive environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) employees, enabling authenticity and optimal performance, thus fostering a sense of belonging at 欧美三级片. The Pride ERG also supports 欧美三级片's diversity goals by supporting the recruitment and retention of LGBTQ+ staff and faculty.
Over the last 30 years, Kilmnick has worked tirelessly to end homophobia and transphobia by building successful non-profit organizations that support and advocate for the LGBT communities in Long Island and New York City.
The 欧美三级片 Pride ERG is open to all 欧美三级片 employees who support the group's vision and mission.
